16. Pearlized Abalones

Small pearlized and gilded abalone (abba-LONE-ee) shells.  Abalone species are found worldwide.  This set has 2 shells on each earring, 3.75" total length.  24K gold plated hook.  One photo shows the next set of earrings hooked onto this set for a 4.5" showy length.
